Club. We are members of the Northern League, the Southport
League, the West Lancashire League and the Palace Shield
Cricket Competition.
The web site provides a great deal of information about the club including the latest news, forthcoming fixtures, archived scorecards, up to date statistics and contact information.

The club has achieved Clubmark Accreditation which highlights
our commitment to the welfare and safety of all members,
particularly young people.
Our aim is to provide a friendly and equitable environment in which anyone can enjoy cricket. We currently have 6 senior weekend teams and run junior sides at U9, U10, U11, U13, U15 and U17 age groups.

The Stanning Memorial
Ground was left to the
people of Leyland by
John Stanning in the
19th Century. Leyland
Cricket Club was
originally founded in
1848 & are founder
members of the
Northern League.

If you are new to the area, played cricket in younger days and want to start again, have children who want to learn the game in a safe child friendly environment, please contact us. We have teams to play at whatever level you wish to reach.

If you wish to watch a game, enjoy the company, the spectular ground and the bar then Northen League games start at 1pm and Palace Shield and West Lancs games start at 1.30pm. Games played at home may incurr a charge to spectate.

Practice takes place throughout the season on Tuesdays and Thursdays for seniors and skilled juniors. U17's and U15's practice is on Mondays and U13's, U11's and below on Fridays. Start time for practice sessions is 6PM. All run by ECB qualified coaches.
